Due to a health issues, you may not be able to participate. People who have suffered or do suffer from the following disease or in the following condition, you need a medical certificate from a doctor to participate the tour. Participants shall fill out the medical declaration before the diving
1. Pregnant 2. Asthma or wheezing 3. Brain, spinal cord or nerve disorder 4. Chest surgery 5. Chronic bronchitis or persistent chest complaint 6. Chronic sinus conditions 7. Collapsed lung pneumothorax 8. Diabetes mellitus sugar diabetes 9. Ear surgery 10. Epilepsy 11. Fainting, seizures or blackout 12. Heart disease of any kind 13. Recurrent ear problems when flying 14. Tuberculosis or other long term lung disease 15. Breathlessness 16. Chronic ear discharge or infection 17. High blood pressure 18. Other illness or operation within a month 19. Perforated eardrum 20. Currently taking some medicine (except oral contraceptive)
